A K-beauty medical tourism platform where patients abroad compare Korean clinics and treatment menus, then book. Four languages, three roles: patient, clinic, administrator.

Overview
A K-beauty medical tourism platform where patients abroad compare Korean clinics and treatment menus, then move through consultation and booking. It is a smaller take on what GCL does, and the place where I designed the problem first at reduced scope.
The Prisma schema holds 13 entities: clinic, doctor, menu, treatment, review, report, lead, consultation, booking, stamp, redemption, settlement, user. Patients, clinics, and administrators pick up the same record from different screens. Admin and clinic each get their own login behind protected routes.
Four languages (ko, en, ja, zh) are split by route, with the clinic registration screens and the patient consultation screens sharing one translation resource.
Putting stamps and redemptions into the data model from the start paid off later. Bolt retention on afterwards and it detaches from the booking record; keep it in the schema and the trail runs all the way to settlement. The role separation worked out here is what carried into GCL.
Core skills
Implementation
- 1Modeled 13 Prisma entities (clinic, doctor, menu, treatment, review, consultation, booking, stamp, settlement) so role-scoped screens hand off the same record.
- 2Gave admin and clinic separate logins and protected routes, with booking, review, stamp, and settlement handled as distinct server actions.
- 3Split four languages by route with next-intl, sharing one translation resource from clinic registration through patient consultation.
Strengths
- A smaller take on the same problem GCL solves. The role separation worked out here is what carried into GCL.
- Put stamps and redemptions in the data model from the start, so retention was never bolted on afterwards.
- Keeps clinic settlement in the same schema as leads, consultations, and bookings, so the revenue trail never detaches from operations.
