AGENT CAIO
An AI marketing operations console that coordinates ad performance, consultation funnels, content calendars, competitor pricing, and medical-ad-law gates across four clinic branches.

Overview
AGENT CAIO is an AI marketing OS built to command multi-branch clinic marketing operations from one console.
The home view prioritizes consultation intake, blended ROAS, CAC, medical-ad-law gates, competitor alerts, and department-agent status. Operators issue requests through a Telegram COO channel, while the console connects content generation, approval queues, Notion draft storage, competitor-price monitoring, branch KPI entry, and weekly reporting.
Its strength is the operating rule that AI output is not published directly. Content and campaigns move through the medical-ad gate and approval pipeline first, while pricing and budget decisions are made with competitor prices, internal fee tables, and branch performance data visible together.
Core skills
Implementation
- 1Rebuilt the product around a sidebar console covering home status, work board, campaigns, media analytics, branch comparison, content calendar, and approval pipelines.
- 2Placed the medical-ad-law gate and approval queue before content generation output so generated work remains reviewable instead of auto-publishing.
- 3Connected competitor-price alerts, four-branch price comparison, KPI entry, monthly goals, and weekly operating reports through a Supabase-backed workflow.
Strengths
- Surfaces consultations, ROAS, CAC, gate blocks, and competitor alerts on the first screen so operators can spot the day's bottlenecks quickly.
- Content generation flows into Notion drafts and approval states, improving marketing speed while preserving medical-ad review boundaries.
- Combines competitor prices, internal fee tables, and branch KPIs so pricing strategy and budget reallocation can be handled in one console.
